Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details (name, email, company), the prospect and campaign data you add, and usage information needed to run the service. We do not sell your data.
Email connection
When you connect a Google inbox, we request permission to send email on your behalf so campaigns come from your own address. We store an encrypted token for that purpose and never read your inbox beyond what's needed to detect replies to your campaigns. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
How we use data
To operate your account, send your outreach, surface your leads, and improve the product. Each account's data is isolated from every other account.
Data processing & third parties
We use infrastructure and service providers (hosting, database, email/AI providers) strictly to deliver the service. We share data with them only as needed to operate Volley.
Your choices
You can access, export or delete your data, and disconnect integrations, from within the app. Recipients of your outreach can unsubscribe via the link in every email.
